What Is a Vaginal Boil?

A vaginal boil is an inflammation of the hair follicle. It appears as pimples that become inflamed.

It is usually painful and annoying. Although this type of boil does not involve seriousness at first, we must detect the symptoms.

That might alert us if it may be something that goes beyond a simple pimple. This infection is located in the root of the body hair. It ends up producing the pimple and the discomfort that accompanies it.

Vaginal boils can arise due to the encystment of one of the hairs in the area. This may be due to hair removal.

The hair can often not overcome the skin barrier and grow inside, causing a small pimple. In these cases, boil on vaginal area do not pose any health risk.

You only have to do an exfoliation routine in your day-to-day. This way, you will help the hair not to encyst. If you have already detected any, the ideal thing is to put warm water in the area, disinfect, and remove the inside’s hair.

In what situations can a boil be something we need to worry about?
